How to Claim T-Mobile Tuesdays Stock and Rewards

T-Mobile announced a new weekly event for existing wireless customers in June called T-Mobile Tuesdays. It promises free stuff handed out every Tuesday with no gimmicks or requirements, as long as you are a T-Mobile subscriber. Plus, clients get a free share of US$ shares in US stock trading.

However, many customers complained upfront that the T-Mobile Tuesdays app is confusing, doesn't work, and makes it difficult to redeem rewards and free stock. T-Mobile has made updates, but the woes continue. Let's see how to get the most out of T-Mobile Tuesdays for iOS and Android.

Tip: If you own a T-Mobile phone that is not an iPhone or Android phone, visit t-mobiletuesdays.com instead.

How to trade T-Mobile Tuesday prices

For the record, it's a Tuesday at the time of this writing, and that's no coincidence. If you open the app another week, it's almost useless.

On a Tuesday, however, opening the app reveals one of two major price opportunities. The first is this week's loot, which is just a weekly raffle that you can enter for free. You find out right away if you won or not by pressing play now then play the game to see if you've won the grand prize.

This week's sponsor is StubHub, so I can play the game to win anything down to basic StubHub tickets for a full concert trip. I played the game and won a "party" with StubHub, which was added to My Stuff.

My Stuff this is where the rest of your Tuesday prices are kept. Every Tuesday, you immediately get three redeemable prizes. These don't require any gameplay, they just show up in your My Stuff sign. For the past few weeks, those prizes have been a free little Frosty from Wendy's, a free ride with Lyft, and a free movie rental with Vudu. These are obviously great freebies, but hopefully in the coming Tuesdays T-Mobile will mix things up a bit.

Each offer redeems differently. The Frosty simply requires you to show your phone to the cashier while using it in the app, while others like Lyft allow you to claim it directly by following a link and/or entering a promo code.

How to use T-Mobile free action

This is the part that is particularly confusing. It seemed, after hearing the initial announcement, that every T-Mobile customer would receive a free share. Turns out that's not the case.

The reality is that only new T-Mobile customers who bring their phone number from a previous carrier are eligible for the stock price. Plus, these new customers qualify for even more actions for each person they refer to join T-Mobile. Existing T-Mobile customers, that is, people who were T-Mobile subscribers prior to T-Mobile Tuesdays, are not eligible for this offer.

If you are someone who qualifies for free stock, it should be under My Stuff in the T-Mobile Tuesdays app. Click Redeem , you will then need to create a brokerage account and claim the shares via LOYAL3.

Note: Even more restrictive, the free T-Mobile stock offer can take up to three weeks to appear in your T-Mobile Tuesdays app. Once it's there, you only have 15 days to redeem it before it's removed from the table, so be on the lookout.
